Regulation
The Reservation includes:
- Initial and final cleaning
- Linen (sheets and towels for the bathroom) for each guest with a weekly
change
- Electricity, water and gas for cooking / hot water
- Cleaning and maintenance of the garden and swimming pool
- Wi-fi
- A baby crib and a high chair on request to be made at time of reservation
- Private Parking
- Safety deposit boxes in the apartments
The Reservation does not include:
- Heating: price 5 € per cubic meter
- Extra cleaning
- Extra bed linen
- Tourist tax to be paid in cash upon arrival (excluding children <12 years)
- Security deposit of € 700,00
Confirmation of reservation
30% deposit within 4 days upon confirmation of booking by bank transfer, with balance on arrival in cash or by bank transfer within three weeks before arrival.
The reservation will be considered valid only from the moment in which the actual crediting of the payment will result.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation of the reservation:
- 30% before arrival 40% will be withheld
- after 50 days and before 15 days of arrival 50% will be withheld
- after 15 days up to the day of arrival and in case of no show the full amount will be withheld.
ARRIVAL AT CASTELLO DI RIGUTINELLI
The check-in of the guests is scheduled on Saturday between 16.00 and 19.00 (in case of delay please contact the reception for further agreements).
On arrival the guest data will be registered and sent to the Italian public authorities, as required by the Italian law. The data of our guests are treated in accordance with current privacy legislation.
Upon arrival, the guests will be asked for a security deposit of € 700,00 that will be reimbursed in cash on the day of departure, checked for any damage and/or wear caused by the guests to the rooms or equipment of the farm, guests are required to notify the manager who has the right to have any amount of damage.
DEPARTURE
The check-out is scheduled on Saturday morning until 10.00 am on.
The villa and apartments must be left as they were found upon arrival.
The kitchen and bathrooms must be left clean, empty refrigerator and all the objects and utensils in their place.
€ 80,00 will be deducted from the deposit if these rules are not respected.
PETS
Pets are allowed by request: extra 30 € / week for each pet. We expect the guests to keep clean after their pets, both inside and outside the apartments.
Due to lawn-mover robots we would ask you to collect promptly their faeces.
if someone does not meet this obligation, we will add a € 50,00 fine to their bill.
RULES OF BEHAVIOR
In the evening lawnmowers are activated to cut the grass. Please do not leave any personal items or any other object on the grass.
